The role

We are looking for a full-time Inside sales support to join our Nordic customer center within Industrial Technique. We have employees around the Nordic region and this position will be based in one of our nice offices in Vestby, Oslo.


Your mission will be to provide best in class commercial support to sales force, distributors, and end users. Ensure efficient administration of service and project operation. Drive project implementations ensuring best communication, technical solution and on time delivery. Ensure best customer satisfaction working closely with sales and service and ensure best customer satisfaction for repair of tool process.


Main tasks include:

  • Answer questions concerning technical information, application and use of our products and services.
  • Order booking (Digital, telephone and email)
  • Preparation of quotations
  • Responsible for handling of demo tools, demo inventories and updates of demo databases, this also includes ordering to exhibitions.
  • Actively participate in the sales related inside- and outside activities that are performed.
  • Register and administration of service work.
  • Drive and coordinate the deliveries for local projects from incoming orders until the order is delivered in full and accepted by the customer.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by meeting the customer’s expectations on quotation lead time and delivery time.
  • Ensure quality in all commitments with the customer.
  • Collaborate with country manager and area salesperson in the sales process of the project.
  • Collaborate with service regarding installation and customer communication.

Education & knowledge

The person we are seeking for holds a relevant academic degree or comparable working knowledge. We expect you to be fluent in Norwegian and English. Other languages, specifically other Nordic language is a merit.


It is meritorious if you have:

  • Previous experience in B2B sales process
  • Working knowledge of CRM (C4C, Salesforce) or similar
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and SAP
  • Prior experience within the Atlas Copco Group
