As a part of Group Marketing & Communication, you'll be joining a creative and motivated group of professionals committed to representing the voice and brand of Netcompany. Our primary aim is to promote and communicate Netcompany's products, services, and identity with a specific focus on people, aiming to increase sales and hire and retain talent. Moreover, we play a critical role in creating awareness and cultivating a sense of ownership around Netcompany's purpose, strategic vision, and key messaging.

Role and responsibilities
You will be the global lead and focal point for all internal communication activities across our markets. You will develop and own our internal communication strategy, ensuring that messaging is consistent and aligned with our brand and values.
You will be responsible for maintaining our internal communication channels and collaborating closely with our external communication teams like Creative, Employer Branding, and PR, as well as internal support functions like HR and Facility Management to ensure that external and internal messaging is aligned.
Together with the teams and our skilled employees in all countries, you will develop creative and engaging content, including written, visual, and multimedia, being used across our internal communication channels.
About you
You have a solid background in communication and have +3 years of experience developing and implementing effective internal communication strategies that engage employees and support corporate culture.
Your experience comes from working in an international corporate setting, with a proven history of producing high-quality content in a variety of formats, including written content and ideally also formats, such as podcasts, video, live or virtual town halls, etc.
You excel at planning, organising and implementing multiple communication activities simultaneously. As a collaborative team player, you thrive on working with different departments and teams, bringing your contagious energy and solid interpersonal skills to the table. You like to provoke existing approaches and processes to pursue more significant impact and have a talent for persuasively advocating for new ideas.
We'd prefer you to tick off most of the following boxes as well:
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English and Danish. With significant attention to detail
- Understanding of the latest trends and best practices in internal communication
- Knowledge and interest in digitization and technology
