Job Description:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Industrial),Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/administration/Management or equivalent.
- With at least 2 years related experience as Auditor, Control, Accountant, Inventory Officer, in related field/industry.
- Has strong leadership skills, result oriented, control-oriented and process champion.
- Ensure control standards and procedures are consistently implemented and followed.
- Ensure safety and security of company assets.
- Responsible for reducing cost odd variance and incidents.
- Responsible for reducing cost of variance and incidents.
- Ensure timely submission of incident reports.
- Supervise and monitor Control team performance, including training and team development
- Willing to be assigned at Balanga, Bataan
