✨ Your profile
- You have a proficient level of Dutch
- You are fluent in English (from level B2)
- EU citizenship or a work permit valid in Portugal
- You can live and work in Portugal for at least one year
- You are able for a full-time position (40h per week)
- You are a proactive, self-motivated and team player person
- You have great communication skills.
- You are oriented to solve the client’s needs.
✅ Your responsibilities
- Quick and practical assistance with inquiries for the customers
- Answering customers' calls and emails in an efficient and professional manner
- Receive complaints and solve inquiries on topics, clarifying any doubts the customer may have
- Provide support and troubleshooting for most common products and/or services
- Proactively maintain your knowledge of products, services, and processes
