Job Description
岗位职责 Responsibilities
- 与本地同事及共享中心团队合作完成月度、季度和年度财务结账工作
Collaborate with local and SSC teams to complete monthly, quarterly and yearly finance closing. - 复核科目余额分析报告，跟进异常变动项目的原因分析和处理
Collaborate with SSC to TB review regularly and follow up corrective actions.
- 与本地及共享中心团队合作，确保准确及时报送统计报告并做好归档管理
Work with SSC and local team to ensure timely and accurate statistical reporting and filing.
- 负责财务凭证档案的管理工作；
Responsible for finance document management. - 协调和支持各项审计工作
Coordinate/support internal and external auditing.
- 负责审核差旅费用，确保费用准确及时入账，协助新员工申请Concur账号和报销培训。
Responsible for T&E reimbursement checking, ensure timely and accuracy. Assist new employees to apply for Concur account and provide training. - 负责销售发票的复核确认
Work with Tax accountant on sales invoice review.
- 负责年度固定资产盘点，确保固定资产盘点按照内控要求按时完成；
Responsible for fixed asset inventory, ensure fixed asset stocktaking completed timely and meet internal control requirements. - 支持与当地银行和政府相关部门保持良好的沟通
Support to maintain good communication with banks and local authorities.
- 与政府事务部合作，负责政策性资金奖励的申请准备和提交
Work closely with Public Affairs team and responsible for preparing various subsidies application documents.
- 完成上级主管安排的其他工作。
Other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
基本任职资格 Qualifications
- 财经类专业本科以上
Undergraduate or above with major in finance or accounting
- 5年以上财务相关工作经验，制造业财务经验尤佳
5+ years finance experience while manufacturing finance is plus. - 熟悉企业会计制度和企业会计准则；熟悉税务法规；熟悉IFRSs或USGAAP优先
Familiar with local Accounting standards and tax policies. Understanding of IFRSs / US GAAP is a plus. - 熟练使用MS Excel，PowerPoint等微软Office办公软件
Experienced user of MS Excel, PowerPoint preferred.
- 熟悉SAP优先
Familiar SAP is a strong plus.
- 基本的英语书面沟通能力，口语尤佳；
Basic English reading and written skills, English speaking is a plus. - 良好的人际沟通能力。
