We seek an experienced, passionate, and creative Social Media Assistant to join our team. Someone who can help create awareness online and boost sales, handle all company’s media platforms, can work under pressure, can create media content. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers. You will work our company image cohesively to achieve our marketing goals.
As a Social media assistant, we expect you to be updated with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. Ultimately, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to increase our online presence, customer engagement and improve our marketing and sales efforts
- Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and googlemybusiness.
- Create and curate content for social media platforms that aligns with the brand's voice and values, i.e., creating graphics, videos, etc...
- Analyse social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly, i.e., tracking engagement rates and follower growth.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms and build positive relationships with followers.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, and algorithm changes to optimize my strategies.
- Develop social media content calendars that ensure a steady stream of relevant and engaging content is posted regularly.
- Create and manage social media advertising campaigns, i.e., posts that are made for sponsored ads to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
- Audit social media pages for them to appear better to the clients and write captivating captions to gain a potential client's interest.
- Communicate, collaborate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network (e.g. To contact others for photoshoot, collaborations, giveaways etc…
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Keeping information confidential within business
- Chairing of monthly meeting – update on progress
- occasional visit to Bride's location for content creation
