For our Digital/IT team we are looking for a student assistant with a specialty in IT, communication or similar, starting September 1st on site in Støvring for 10 hours a week.
You will be a part of our Digital/IT team of 10 dedicated employees located in Støvring/Denmark and Wolomin/Poland. We are planning to build an internal communication and documentation platform in SharePoint for our IT/Digital department. This project will be a great opportunity for you to learn all about different business processes, the value of digitalization in a manufacturing company, change management, company culture, and develop project management skills. It could also lead to a Master thesis topic together with us.
You can look forward to:
- Ideating, designing and developing an internal platform in SharePoint
- Creating content and assisting in IT communication
- Simplifying and documenting workflows and processes in a structured manner

- Are fluent in English spoken and written
- You are curious and eager to learn.
You are a team player and have an open and positive mindset. You are good at applying new knowledge and experience in your daily work. Maybe you already have some experience working with SharePoint or website designs or even collected some work experience in a medium/large organization.
