Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably within tech companies or web design agencies. This role will be vital in driving our sales efforts and reaching our company’s revenue goals. This is a remote position and we will provide you with a VOIP number.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Present our company and services to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Report to the Sales Manager on sales results
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
- Experience in selling tech services or web design services is a plus
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Job Type: Commission
Pay: R6,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month
