Summary:
The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for the overall operation of the housekeeping department in a resort. This includes ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet the highest standards of cleanliness and order. The Executive Housekeeper also supervises the housekeeping staff, develops work schedules, and orders supplies.
Responsibilities:

- Supervise the housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance.
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet the highest standards of cleanliness and order.
- Order supplies and equipment.
- Prepare and manage the housekeeping budget.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
- Resolve guest complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities.
- Represent the housekeeping department to other departments and to guests.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a resort setting.
- Supervisory experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
