- Knowledge of plant varieties, growth patterns, and care requirements.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Familiarity with gardening tools and equipment.
- Creativity and an eye for detail in landscape design.
- Effective communication skills for client interactions.
- Knowledge of environmentally friendly and sustainable gardening practices is a plus.
