As a Technical Designer at Marel, you will play a crucial role in the product development process of our batching equipment. Working closely with our engineering and design teams, you will be responsible for creating detailed 2D and 3D designs, models, and technical specifications for our food processing equipment. Your designs will serve as the foundation for the manufacturing and assembly processes, ensuring the successful realization of our products.
In this role, your main tasks will be to:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to develop product concepts and design solutions that meet customer requirements.- Create detailed 2D and 3D designs, models, and technical drawings using industry-standard software using SolidWorks.
- Develop and maintain accurate technical specifications.
- Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate design options to optimize functionality, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance product performance and quality.
