Leads process improvement initiatives through the disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis and discussion of process alternatives in order to arrive at best practices.
- Perform cycle time study, logistics operations process improvement, and cost saving initiatives.
- Strong in analytics skill and strong SAP knowledge.
- Analyze reports and metrics for deviation from plan, reconcile data variances and use that information to guide the identification of root cause and execution of corrective action activities to deliver system capability and improvement.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in high technology corporation, in quality inspection, warehouse operations or inventory control roles.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Proficiency in SAP Inventory Management and Warehouse Management Modules
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Access desired but not required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability and skill set to analyze, document and improve business processes with sustained results
- High level of customer interfacing skills and able to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate cross-functionally
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a desire to work as part of a global team
